The COVID-19 virus is causing a major impact on In-Home Health care. At In Your Golden Years, our goal is to provide safe, quality care to all of our clients. We have instructed our aides to be even more diligent than usual regarding sanitation and the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer are available in the office. The in-home staff has been instructed to wash hands before and after glove use and to change gloves after every task. They are receiving daily reminders and updates on COVID-19 via text, email, and phone. By working together and practicing good hygiene, we can do our best to help control the spread of this virus. The office is open to staff only or by appointment, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Messages left between 4 pm and 5 pm will be responded to on the next business day, after 5 pm all calls will transfer to our night and weekend number. Please restrict those calls to emergencies only, all aides are to contact their scheduler as needed. In the event that staffing becomes an issue, we will staff according to client priority and monitor all missed visits via phone contact to ensure client well-being.
